The North Dakota Department of Transportation and the North Dakota Highway Patrol have now opened Interstate 94 from the Montana border to Dickinson.
No travel advisories have also been lifted from northwest and northeast North Dakota, including the cities of Williston, Watford City, Minot, Devils Lake, Grand Forks and surrounding areas.
A travel alert remains in effect for portions of northeast North Dakota, including the cities of Devils Lake, Rugby, Langdon, Grand Forks, Pembina, Cavalier and the surrounding areas.
A travel alert also remains in effect for southeastern North Dakota, which includes the cities of Fargo, Jamestown, Wahpeton, Ellendale, Valley City and surrounding areas due to slippery road conditions and reduced visibility.
A travel alert means motorists can still travel in affected areas but should take caution and be prepared for changing conditions. Motorists are encouraged to reduce speeds and drive according to the conditions.
